Research:

The DØ Collaboration at the Fermilab antiproton-proton Collider. The latest hot new results from DØ, and a summary of the results from the data run 1, which ended in 1996. The ATLAS Experiment at the Large Hadron Collider in CERN, Geneva, Switzerland. High Voltage Feedthroughs for the ATLAS Liquid Argon Calorimeters, and the Luminosity and Forward Physics Working group. Academic year and Summer positions for MSI and PhD students are available.

Electroweak properties of the W and Z bosons. Precision W mass measurement. Precision measurement of the W mass using the ratio of mass-sensitive distributions (m_t, p_t(e), p_t(nu)) for W's and Z's, e.g. the ratio of transverse masses of W and Z in run I. Precision W Mass Measurement in run II with Mr. Feng Guo.
Proton-proton elastic scattering at RHIC.
Proton-proton interactions at the LHC (CERN, Geneva) with the ATLAS experiment. Stony Brook participation in ATLAS. High Voltage Feedthroughs for the ATLAS Liquid Argon Calorimeters. Luminosity determination and monitoring, and Forward Physics. Electron momentum resolution improvement studies using simulations and test beam data.
